Martin Dallaire, President & CEO

Mr. Dallaire is an electrical engineer and a former Hydro-Quebec Production engineer.With more than two decades in the financial industry as CEO and President of TSXV issuers and being the largest shareholder of Faraday Renewables, Martin’s main focus will be to create value.

Jean-Francois Thibodeau, M&A and Corporate Finance

Jean-François Thibodeau is a distinguished finance expert with over four decades of experience, specializing in areas like corporate finance, financial accounting, treasury, taxation, and investor relations. Before retiring from active duties in March 2019, Mr. Thibodeau was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Boralex Inc. since 2003, and has been instrumental in Boralex’s growth and success. Jean-François was much involved in the development and the realization of the strategic plan, namely by leading the financial strategy and evaluations for more than 2000 MW of capacity. He was responsible for raising over $5B in equity and debt. Over the period of 2003 to 2019, the annual total return for shareholders was +13%, while assets and market capitalization were multiplied by more than 20x and EBITDA by nearly 100x. Previously, he acted as Vice-President and Treasurer at CAE Inc. and held the position of Treasurer at Transcontinental Group.

Erika Tremblay-Gagnon, Finance

Erika Tremblay-Gagnon is a financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. She is currently serving as a Consultant in Finance at Gagnon Miquelon S.E.N.C.R.L. with the focus to serve as a CFO for smaller public and private companies. She is also serving as the CFO at EVAH Corp, a position she has held since April 2020. Her experience also includes significant contributions as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at Stingray Group Inc (RAY.A) and over nine years at PwC serving as an external auditor. Erika is a CPA since 2008 and graduated from the Université of Sherbrooke.

Guillaume Charpenel, Operations and Technology

Guillaume is an active entrepreneur, investor, and catalyst in the world of renewable energy and sustainability. He founded and led Solexium a solar EPC and developer in Ontario. He was the architect of Hilo, the clean-tech spinoff of Canada’s largest utility. He is the cofounder of the largest C&I solar developer in Rwanda and Uganda. He has advised a clean-tech fund, and firms in e-mobility, and renewable energy. Guillaume holds a B.eng in Mechanical engineering and an MBA.
